Bizlink Centre is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the disadvantaged individuals, in particular persons with disabilities, through training and employment in Singapore. Bizlink is a registered charity with the office of the Commissioner of Charities and is conferred the status of the Institution of Public Character (IPC).
Bizlink has been serving the disability community since 1986.
Today, individuals, regardless of their disabilities and disadvantaged background, are enabled through work within an inclusive community.

Background and History
In 1985, a Ministry of Community Development survey revealed that 2,416 (55.1%) out of 4,385 people with disabilities surveyed were unemployed.
In 1985, then Ministry of Community Development and Singapore Council of Social Service jointly started a project to establish employment programs for people with disabilities and that was when Bizlink was entrusted with the task of finding employment for the disadvantaged. In 1988, Bizlink Centre moved into its first premises at 200 Tembling Road.
On 21 January 1995, the management of Bizlink was taken over by a board of directors. On 10 February 1998, Bizlink officially started operations at Chai Chee Lane.

Bizlink Centre is supported by the Ministry of Social and Family Development, National Council of Social Service, SG Enable, Community Chest and Tote Board for our approved programmes.
Bizlink Centre is supported by the Community Silver Trust (CST), administered by the Agency for Integrated Care, for approved CST programmes.
