Contact new employers to market the ability of the disabled.
- Employment Terms and Job Matching
Ensure reasonable terms and conditions of employment. Identify jobs that fit the ability of the disabled.
- Job Analysis and Assessment of Work Station
Analyse job description and assess work station to facilitate the smooth transition of the disabled employee onto the job.
- Workplace Evaluation
Survey of building for safety and accessibility to common facilities.
- Assistive Technology
Explore the use of assistive Devices and make recommendation to employer and the disabled employee.
- Consultation
Provide consultation to new employer on the management of people with disability.
Eligibility Criteria
All type of disabilities (except medical). Must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents. Age 16 years old and above.
