Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure smooth running operations of cleaning projects
- Work with site supervisors and cleaners to execute work procedures
- Provide audit checks of cleaning sites to ensure cleanliness of customers premise
- Manage the manpower requirements/logistics of projects
- Provide training to cleaners when necessary
- Stock Inventory and materials ordering management
- Account servicing and increase or expand business with current customer
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma with 3-4years of supervisory experience in cleaning environment
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and materials
- Ability to plan and organize work and logistic schedules
- Ability to operate cleaning machineries
- Ability to conduct On-the-job training for cleaners
- Be passionate about the cause for people with disabilities
- 5 days work week.
