Responsibilities:

Conducts needs assessment

  • Working with a multi-disciplinary team to conduct screening interview of clients/family for employment placement;
  • Participation in case conference;
  • Providing follow up actions in meeting clients’ needs;
  • Make home visits.

 Networking & Referrals

  • Liaise & network with agencies/VWOs relevant to the organization;
  • Provides feedback to agencies/VWOs when necessary;
  • Assists in processing referrals/application for any form of financial assistance or services.

Project Executive - Cleaning

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure smooth running operations of cleaning projects
  • Work with site supervisors and cleaners to execute work procedures
  • Provide audit checks of cleaning sites to ensure cleanliness of customers premise
  • Manage the manpower requirements/logistics of projects
  • Provide training to cleaners when necessary
  • Stock Inventory and materials ordering management
  • Account servicing and increase or expand business with current customer

Requirements:  

  • Minimum diploma with 3-4years of supervisory experience in cleaning environment
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods and materials
  • Ability to plan and organize work and logistic schedules
  • Ability to operate cleaning machineries
  • Ability to conduct On-the-job training for cleaners
  • Be passionate about the cause for people with disabilities
  • 5 days work week.

  • Work with Supervisors and line leaders to plan, execute work procedures
  • Manage the manpower requirements/logistics of new projects at the Data Centre.
  • Manage the discipline, house-keeping and safety matters pertaining to the clients in the Data Centre.
  • Provide new project training to line leaders when necessary
  • Account servicing and increase or expand business with current customer

Requirements:  

  • Minimum with a diploma in Business/Sales/IT
  • Preferably with IT knowledge
  • Experience in sales or staff management will be an added advantage
  • Be passionate about the cause for people with disabilities
  • 5 days work week.
